Ms Jennifer Cruz

Mr Jennifer Cruz has 14 years of experience as a registered nurse. She obtained her nursing degree from Portugal and she has a wide experience in managing acutely unwell patients in different clinical settings.

Ms Cruz is currently a Ward Sister at the Hyper Acute Stoke Unit and University College London Hospital (UCLH). Her experience in neuro gave her first hand experience of the psychological consequences that patients experience after suffering a stroke including depression and anxiety. As part of her day to day work she supports patients who struggle with these psychological difficulties and to work closely with neuropsychiatric and neuropsychological teams.
